Hotel Centro Congressi Polo Nautico

Our sea-view room offered stunning, unobstructed views of the ocean, exactly as advertised. It was wonderful to relax on our private balcony and watch the sunset each evening. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I would happily stay here again if I return to the area. The hotel is about a 40-minute walk from Salerno Station and the ferry terminal, with a flat and easy route the entire way.

The hotel is somewhat dated and could benefit from some renovations and modern updates. The pillows were quite soft; it would be helpful if the hotel could provide a firmer pillow option for guests who prefer more support. We stayed for three nights, and while the breakfast was enjoyable, a little more variety from day to day would be appreciated for longer stays.

Beds, Strange electrical set up, only 1 key for 2 people, he also controlled electricity inside the room, so that was challenging.

The location of this hotel is excellent — close to everything you'd want in Salerno and very convenient for getting around. The staff was truly amazing, genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference to the overall experience. Breakfast was really good, with a nice variety to start the day well.

The one downside was the rooms, which definitely could use a fresh touch or some renovation — they felt a bit dated compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the location and staff, but the rooms could use some love.
