Hotel Victoria

Lovely old world charm and clean. Bed was comfortable room was a nice size and we were pleasantly surprised with a quiet room with a balcony . The location was very convenient right in the center of town . The staff was kind and helpful and breakfast was really good with a variety of things including wonderful coffee and pastries.

The shower was too small and not a pleasant experience.

The hotel couldn't be more central, being in the middle of busy Corso Umberto. I asked for a room at the back and I did not hear a thing, as the room is well insulated. The staff was very helpful, especially with my luggage: there are a few steps to reach the lift and they carried it for me on arrival and departure.

Great location, clean & comfy room, great welcome

Nothing

Staff very friendly and helpful.

I arranged for a parking behind the hotel and made a reservation however the experience of trying to find it was very stressful The hotel staff tried their best to explain and I'm an experienced driver but tight winding streets of Teomina proved too much so I parked at Lumbi which is cheaper and the shuttle service is excellent. The parking was obviously not the hotels fault but perhaps a youtube video of the journey from Lumbi to the hotel could be made to help those unfamiliar with this part of the world. The hotel is well placed on the high street which may suit you if you if you like to have shops and restaurants right on your doorstep, the location is why you pay the price you do but I felt it lacked a feeling of exclusivity considering it is quite expensive, everything was ok but not special. It may sound a small point but not having a plug at the side of the bed is annoying, crouching down by the door entrance to find a socket doesn't make you feel you are in the finest of hotels. Also, plastic spoons at the brekfast table?? Why. I do want to repeat the staff were excelllent and made us feel very welcome.
