Great property for a single or a couple. Clean and well maintained. The hosts were responsive, it was stocked with enough kitchen gear for up to four people, and there are white towels and bedding (yay!). Our only disappointments were to realize that there isn't a dishwasher; and that the outdoor furniture cushions are left outside (too worn/dirty for us to actually use). Providing two large, clean beach towels in an inside closet would have been helpful to toss over the outdoor cushions.

An excellent accommodation. Very quiet, private, and secure. An excellent value for the Phoenix area. Highly recommended.

Great

This is a very well thought out casita. We had everything we needed for our months stay. The owners are responsive and care about their guests. When we arrived we saw a notice posted on the refrigerator that stated a pet must not be left alone in the casita for any reason. This was a problem because we had planned on golfing. Also, this location is not in the best of neighborhoods and very close to the highway with traffic noise 24/7.
