Very friendly and helpful staff. The sauna amenities were nice and the breakfast was substantial. The free bus pass was very useful in getting us to Lago Di Brais to start the Alta Via 1 trek. I wish we booked this after the multi day trek to rest and recharge.

Fantastic facilities, especially the wellness centre and the heated pools, really friendly staff, very attentive, beautiful views from the pool area, lovely buffet breakfast, quite relaxing hotel adult only.
Nothing, we didn't try the hotel restaurant in an evening only due to it being a set menu and there wasn't always something to our tastes, I am sure it will have been lovely food though with great service.

perfect location, easy to find it and just a few minutes walking to Michelin 1* restaurant Tilia.
we were having dinner at hotel a la carte restaurant (not the half board / breakfast restaurant), the family from restaurant's owner (or staff) also eating there but extremely loud and totally ruin our dinner, what a shame!
