Great place and fantastic host. This will forever be my first pick in Mission Beach.

Great place, I just wish they would have disclosured that all the living quarters were on the third story. The home is not a 3 bath it's 2 and a half with the half being in the mid level. Only pissed off because I had to carry my paralyzed son up 2 sets of stairs so hopefully this helps someone else. Also they demand so much or you will get charged, but still charge a cleaning fee. The home was not completely clean as I found things others left behind, a pump in the ac was loud, washer and dryer could be updated, sinks loose and with grim. Overall the cleaning crew needs to tighten up as well as a good maintenance service. Gate lock also jams up. If I had a rental I would at least swing by on the occasion and make sure it's all pleasant for customers.

This Pacific Beach condo was great for our family of five. Our son, daughter-in-law, and 3-year old granddaughter joined us. Randy’s home was clean, spacious, and walkable to the beach , grocery store, and so many terrific restaurants. Our son and my husband went to the NASCAR Race on Coronado Island for(2) days- and we enjoyed the beach, Sea World, and Balboa Park. Communication with our host was excellent, and detailed information is also available at the condo. We appreciated the garage parking availability, and the owner also provided bikes, a stroller, a wagon, and beach toys…..Such a great and central location, will definitely consider and check availability of this lovely space if we are ever back in San Diego, and especially Pacific Beach. This modern property had everything we needed.Thank you Randy for hosting us!

Great host and very nice, roomy house. Perfect distance to the beach, pier and restaurants!
