Why are you reading this? JUST BOOK IT ALREADY!! Kenny is THE best host! He has gifted us the ability to share this little piece of heaven on Earth. Is it gorgeous, yes. Is it affordable, yes. Is it cozy, yes. Inside and out this place is the perfect combination of whimsy and elegance. Pure relaxation. It's secluded yet so close to all the incredible shops in Idaho Springs. (Shout out to Dan down at Echos!) You've got wildlife here, you've got fun, you've got the best stocked home I've seen in a vacation rental. There were 6 of us staying here and we all had one word for it..."magical". You will have zero regrets here. If you find a problem with this place, I hate to break it to ya, but YOU'RE the problem.PS.VRBO wouldn't let me post photos so go see for yourself!!

Cozy mountain home by a bubbling stream. The home was well kept, and the layout provided 'together time' as well as time apart to rest and regroup. Beds, very comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Very close to town of Idaho Springs and many hiking trails. What a treat this was from NC all the way to CO! Will definitely stay here again should we travel to Colorado. Thanks, Ken!

Great creek-side home, conveniently located to Idaho Springs (10 minute walk), casinos and Red Rock Amphitheater. Home is better than as described in the listing. Kenny was a wonderful host who was accommodating, responsive and helpful about local restaurants, mines, etc.

We had a wonderful stay! We would highly recommend this beautiful slightly quirky vacation home!
