Check-in was a snap, parking was easy and convenient, and the condo was perfectly clean. The condo does overlook a busy walkway leading directly to the lifts and I think this probably could get noisy midseason. I was there in April and it was perfectly quiet at night. It was as advertised. It definitely could use a new couch and the dishwasher did not seem to work. The fireplace gets dangerously hot. a child could easily get a serious burn.

Location great; easy walk to lifts. Beds were comfortable. Unit fashionably remodeled. Guest bathtub a little high. Would like to have seen a hook outside shower to hang shower clothes. Only had 1 cooking pan. There was ample cutlery, glasses and dishes

Overall pretty poor option at the price point they have themselves positioned. Pool, hot tub and courtyard are entirely inaccessible due to a multi year construction project but they still allow the property to display if you filter only for properties with pool and hot tub access and then bury the details of the construction deep in the listing. Super sketchy. Not sure if that's on Blackcomb peaks accommodations or the property owners but I'll certainly steer clear of them in the future. Master bedroom has a portable AC unit that vents outside, preventing you from closing blinds enough to keep the sun out, so hopefully you like being up at sunrise each day. Other than that, the unit was clean and everything was functional, so that's a plus but there are lots of better options at the price point.
