This is a great house. We loved everything about it, but especially the outdoor living space and proximity to the beach! Great hosts!

Fabulous beach location! Great views from both shaded and sunny spots on the HUGE deck. We were only two, but plenty of room/seating for groups to spread out. Loved walking on the beach and watching the surfers. Far enough from town to miss the crowds, at least when we were there March 24 - 29, 2026. House was clean, nice linens/towels, we found everything we needed. Host was responsive to questions before we arrived. I'd suggest stopping at Walmart or Publix for needed provisions before coming on the Island. One day the traffic onto the Island was really backed up, so plan ahead. There were lots of spices, olive oil, some coffee there when we arrived, but it's only what others have left behind, so you can't count on anything specific. Can't beat the view and the sound of the waves!

Great stay in Folly Beach! Walk out to beach was great as well as the deck overlooking water! Everything was as expected or better!
