Was a very good host and accommodating when we ran into some issues. Great location close to ski slopes. Would definitely stay again.

The cabin was clean and cozy and was conveniently located to Durango. We loved being able to see the stars and hear the train passing by. It was very dotlg friendly and has a lovely porch area perfect for hanging out with the pup and BBQing. The cabin got pretty cold in some parts but there was a space heater available and the wood stove heated the main area well. The only downside was the traffic sounds from 550 which is directly behind the cabin and the minimal window treatments so it didn't feel very private. I would definitely recommend to friends visiting the area and am interested in staying in other properties in the future.
