The design of the house was excellent for our family gathering. Clean interior rooms. The outside was dirty and poorly maintained, hot tub not working. No text response from host Michael. Phone contact was better. Several burned out lightbulbs in bathroom and kitchen. A couple suggested touches: Add a set of 12-14 ounce drinking glasses and another 4-6 coffee cups or mugs and 6 more teaspoons, add 6 or 8 extra washcloths in the bathrooms. Provide facial tissues. Remodel dining room.

The house was very comforting and clean. All essentials were on display. I would recommend it.
