The house was perfect for our group! He was very upfront about rules and quick to get back to us if we had questions or concerns.

Me and my friends really enjoyed staying here for spring break. Location was perfect and communication with the house owner was awesome. Would 100% stay again!!!

Location and rental lay out were very good. The home needs a deep clean and several items need to be repaired. There were items mentioned in an August review and yet they were not taken care of. The internet had difficulty keeping TV on. All items of concern have been sent to the owner.
