Very clean. Great communication. Very short walk to beach.

We were looking for a reasonably priced place with a full kitchen near the beach and are so happy we stayed here. It’s very clean and uncluttered yet has everything you need. My husband needs good quality mattresses for his low back and the beds were really comfortable. The surrounding immediate neighborhood is super cute but still walkable to some of the best restaurants in PB.
Unfortunately, I left my coat by accident but it was super easy to communicate with the owner and get it back. We will definitely try to stay in one of his rentals again.

We love staying in this unit. It's walking distance to everything.
