Clean and newly decorated. Perfect place for a family beach vacation

Great location!

Fantastic rental!!! Great location, beach is a short walk and close to everything on AMI. House is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need for a a great stay. The outdoor entertainment space is fantastic after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower is such a plus!! Would definitely stay again!

Nice place , great location... The home does need a little TLC, living room light didn't work, sliding doors need to be replaced, the kitchen is outdated, dining room chairs are pretty worn out, AC works but difficult to cool the house down in the afternoon. The house was clean , however the AC intake was covered in dust. The Pool pump was defective and was making a very loud noice . I will say... I contacted the manager and they did send someone over the next day to clean the AC intake (register). The pool company is closed on weekends so they had to turn off the pump ( not pleasant to swim in with still water) Overall the place is nicely decorated and the location is incredible. I was just expecting a bit more.
