Room was comfortable and clean ...bathroom was large and clean with bath and shower separate ...Staff were extremely helpful ...location was great for getting to ferry next morning ,approx 15 mins on motorcycle. Unfortunately due to bad weather arriving I didn't get opportunity to go into Bilbao to explore but will visit again and would use this hotel .
There were no facilities to make a cup of tea/coffee in the room , after a long spin up it would have been nice to grab a cup in comfort of the room .

Good business hotel with the usual services.
Expensive for the service delivered, including breakfast. Beds a bit hard to my taste.

Reception was modern. Our suite was large. Restaurant food was good. Very nice, large underground car park.
Our bathroom smelt awful. The Restaurant food was expensive. The breakfast had good choice but the food was cold. One of check in staff was unfriendly. Car park was a nightmare to find. It would have been good to include a map with the emailed booking.
