This property was perfect for our purposes: we were 1 couple and 4 other adults who were in Montreal for a high school reunion. Although the listing says there are 4 bedrooms, in fact there are five, all with queen or double beds, one of which has two full sized beds in it and the master has a futon in it as well, so there was plenty of room for us all, with privacy. There was plenty of sitting area for socializing, as well as a dining table and seating at the large kitchen island. The parking for two cars was easily accessed.

Smart lock can only be verified via a local number but key pad number was eventually provided. Living area nice and well appointed but bathroom and downstairs bedrooms could have been cleaner . Good location and did the job.
