A very sunny and airy duplex apartment with a large terrace. The bedrooms are spacious and feature large closets, desks, and excellent mattresses. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The other bedroom can be set up with one or two single beds, depending on the guests’ preference. Both bedrooms are on the upper level, along with the bathroom. Wonderful views of the city and the Río de la Plata. The living/dining room, well-equipped kitchen, and terrace are located on the lower level.
A quiet and peaceful apartment despite being just a few meters from Bulevar Artigas and Avenida Brasil. Incredible sunrises and sunsets over the Río de la Plata can be seen from the apartment. The views from the different rooms are beautiful.
The apartment has a wood-burning stove, which makes it very cozy in the winter.

This place was the landing place we needed for the month we stayed there. It's a comfortable place and we will always remember our time there with fondness. Carolina was really responsive and the place has a VERY nice terrace with fantastic views. My suggestion to future guests is try and pick a time when Carolina is not out of town, as we could have used some in-person help with the hot water. It would have been better if there was someone who could come in person to show us what we were doing wrong or what the problem was. But she did everything she could from afar and everything else was really good. We'd stay there again!
