The property is in a fantastic location. The set up and decor is great, and the accommodation is very comfortable. The communication with the hosts was excellent. Some aspects of the property are in need of a refresh (ie. walls need to be painted; some of the furniture cushions are worn), but we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

i am not sure if the garage would fit a suv it did not fit our truck so plan accordingly. incredible property and very clean.

It is an awesome property that has a lot of modern conveniences and is very spacious. The location couldn’t be better just a block from the beach and right across the street from the park where we could take our dog in the evening and in the morning very close to restaurants and all local spots in Newport.

The house is spacious, well appointed with a beachy feel, and loaded with everything you'll need for your stay. Highlights include an open floor plan, full laundry, and private parking. Conveniently located adjacent to a local park and 1.5 blocks from the beach, the location can't be beat. Still, we had as much fun enjoying the private outdoor area which was perfect for enjoying coffee, grilling, and watching the sunset.Brian (owner) and Madison (property manager) were proactive in their communication and thoughtful in their approach to ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend!
