Location and staff and breakfast

The weather. It was a bad timing due to storm. But everything is fine.

Wonderful location. Friendly staff Beautiful breakfast. So clean

Cannot fault this hotel

Location ok central sitges. Can walk from the station and to the beach and all restaurants/bars.

Very dated rooms with bare minimum facilities (no kettle, coffee maker, UK TV channels etc) Def not a 3 star Pillows virtually flat Breakfast very poor: hot food cold and cold food congealed it was left out too long Very noisy room directly onto street

I will admit I was a little concerned about the location of the Galeon - having stayed at the Platjador before. That said, the hotel is quite a bit closer to the train station which was nice for us when we arrived. The staff was great and very helpful. The pool is a little on the chilly side, but I found that refreshing on a hot/humid day. The bed was HUGE, and the AC was amazing. I also appreciated the option to have a breakfast-to-go available for us since we had to leave before breakfast was available in the restaurant.

This is a minor thing, but the design of the building required us to go partway down a stairwell and back up the other side (where our room was) from the Elevator. I'm sure this just has to do with the age of the building, though people with disabilities (and large/heavy bags) may find this presents a difficulty.
