Nice location and well-designed space. We appreciated the bikes and that there were basics like hand soap and salt and pepper. We appreciated the amenities of the community pool and the nearby park and pond. I don’t know that the listing states that this is a trailer, so that should be mentioned. The beds could use replacing and it might be time to spruce things up for curb appeal and for example doors stick. I enjoyed biking and appreciated the use of bikes! Just to be clear- there are three men’s bikes and one women’s bike, so they won’t be suitable for all. The beach is a good twenty minutes walk at least so if you stay here it’s more of a 5 minute drive than a walk. Still we had no issues parking by the beach. The listing says it sleeps six-we were five and I don’t know where #6 would have slept. We did have a nice stay and I appreciated the owner being in communication since we were having trouble with the remote on the tv.

Great spot! Clean & easy check in / check out. Host was wonderful! Would def stay again

2nd time staying, had a great time. Host is very responsive when messaged.

This review is very mixed. Number 1- this is a single wide trailer that has been nicely decorated on the inside but is also very cramped in the bedrooms. We were unaware that it was a trailer and members of our party ( 3 adult couples) were quite upset- there are no exterior pictures. One bedroom is roomy, the bunk room is adequate and the room with the king trundle is too small for such a large bed ( you have to crawl out of the end to get out) and the barn style doors leave a gap. There are no closets to hang anything. The porch is a nice addition but it is dirty and the doors don’t close well so we had problems with flies. The kitchen was nice and was well supplied. The area was nice and we found a lot to do
