Noe and Elizabeth were such a special treat, kind to the children, helpful, but not intrusive. They cooked dinner for us two nights, the food was better than any restaurants we ate at, more affordable, and so convenient. There was some sargrasso, but the kayaking and snorkeling were great. Two restaurants within walking distance, both with great sargrasso free beaches to enjoy! We enjoyed the cold ac in all rooms. Wonderful family vacation!

The house is beautiful and the location is great, in close proximity to Tulum.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very upset about the seaweed on the beach. The odor of the seaweed was disgusting as it smelled like raw sewage. We could not play in the water of the beach or walk along the beach. This was a great disappointment to the kids and adults as well. I would like to request a partial refund of our rental fee or a credit to use towards a future rental.
