Oceny i recenzje
100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·paź 2026
It is elegant with a good location for walking into the centre of the village. Breakfast was excellent once the hot plates had been switched on.
The staff were inflexible. Civil Guard declared a do not travel edict in large areas of Catalunya but as it hadn’t been declared near the hotel they refused to countenance movement of the booking by a day. €20 for parking was excessive- free street parking outside.

Lovely, clean and great beautiful location
The key lock on the door is tricky and a bit irritating

Wonderfully helpful staff and excellent breakfast. A brilliant place to stay in the old area of Puigcerdà. Safe car parking.
Nothing.

Great location in front of the lake and near the city center
Prices were not according to accommodations, no way to communicate with reception services, because the room had no phones. Room service was limited, front desk staff were not very helpful.
