Falassarna Hotel

The room was recently renovated, it was very clean. It is located 3 minutes from the beach and around 15-20 minutes from the old town by foot. The parking is just next to the front door, included. The neighborhood is quiet. Great place for a short stay in Chania. Chania itself is a lovely city, I was surprised, although it is important to mention that we visited it in October so I guess it was less crowded (still a lot of people). It has great port views and amazing cafes and restaurants.

Nothing important, I would stay there again for 1-2 nights. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything from other rooms and the hallway. In the bathroom there is a “window” overlooking the shaft so additionally you hear everything from the rooms from other floors. So I recommend to have earplugs and the problem is solved. Also the cushions were really high and therefore uncomfortable.

Very nicely located; stayed before and would go back as a preference. Quiet and accessible and the staff are very helpful and rightful.

We've been to more than 30 countries and stayed at many places, but this hotel was one of the cleanest we saw. Really appreciated that. Parking was provided, that is what we asked for anyways. The staff was welcoming, especially the woman working there was so pleasant and positive. It is nice to feel welcomed.

While we did like most of the staff, the younger guy was a little unpleasant. But the bigger problem were the beds that were quite uncomfortable and the fact that internet almost doesn't exist. This was very surprising, but we couldn't do anything online. The outside of the hotel is renovated, maybe they can reconsider renoviation inside too. Even though it is very clean, the interior feels and looks very dated.
