Derveni is a coastal town with the charm of a typical Greek village. The crystal-clear sea, with its fine pebble beach and beautiful sunsets, offers relaxation away from mass tourism. Bakeries, grocery stores, bars, cafés, and taverns are all within easy walking distance.
The house’s location is ideal for day trips to the most important ancient sites and for excursions to the mountain and wine regions. Hiking enthusiasts can follow a section of the European long-distance hiking trail E4 along the “Odontotos” railway line from Diakofto to Kalavryta.
Derveni Beach has been awarded the Blue Flag by the European Union several times for its excellent water quality.
