We enjoyed our stay, but sadly, there were a few housekeeping deficiencies. Trash was left on the floor behind the bathroom trash can, which led me to believe the bathroom wasn’t cleaned prior to our stay. The bedding is tattered and frayed on the edges… probably time to replace. Also, the patio area and furniture was very dusty/dirty with cobwebs on most everything. I would advise freshening up that area for your guests, so they can enjoy sitting outside. Otherwise, the place is super cute and has potential to be really nice.

Loved the quiet location with fun farm life entertainment! Perfect getaway for 2!

Wonderful quiet place to stay, and only minutes from Fredericksburg and the hustle and bustle.. lodging was excellent and just the right size for a couple. I don't cook while on vacation so worked perfectly with just the microwave and toaster oven, which we never used. Lots of great places to eat in Fredericksburg and quick and easy to get back in town. Very clean and new. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Clean interior, nicely decorated.
