This is a beautiful unit that has been remodeled/built with Moab vacationers in mind. There is a great common space for large groups, comfortable beds, and beautiful bathrooms. The location couldn’t be better. The location allowed us to avoid the hassle of driving and parking 3 cars when we went out for meals. The air conditioning is excellent also. A plus for hot weather.

Nice place, only thing that could have been better was having some blankets for the hide a bed.

The location is great, and unit C is comfortable and pretty usefully appointed. The beds were super comfortable. One bathroom has a loose, rocking toilet, and sewer gas smell was stinky. The bedroom tv would turn on by itself, which woke our toddler up in the middle of the night. The heating unit remote controls were not user friendly, so it we couldn't adjust the temperature in the unit as needed, and no instructions were provided in the guest instruction manual. The unit also has an ant infestation. We found them in every room, and crawling on the table as we tried to eat meals. It is a modern unit, with a great location, but clearly needs some maintenance attention from the owners.
