Y’all… we absolutely loved our stay!!! From the moment we walked in, everything just felt so warm and welcoming. The beds were so comfy, we slept like a dream every night. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of (and then some), which made it feel just like home. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier. The host was super helpful and so easy to communicate with! Our favorite part of the stay were the amenities! The pools were so easy to get to, especially with the shuttle! Only complaint we had were that the pools were freezing. The big pool was supposed to be heated, but the heater goes out frequently in it. Not the fault of the host, just a heads up! We’ll definitely be back… already looking forward to our next stay!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Kingston Residence that we rented was very nice and for the part updated. I loved that it has 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms. It was perfect for our family vacation. Front bedroom did have an odor to it. It was coming from the headboard.

Property was as advertised. Location was very convenient. Check in process was super easy. Would definitely rent again.

Kingston is a truly great resort. We had a great timeOverall. Our unit had very nice features like the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had and a very nice kitchen. Plenty of room. The overall cleanliness was not good. For the amount we paid to stay here, I would expect a spotless place. The floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes at all times. Under couches and beds looked like they had never been moved to clean the floors. We had cockroaches inside and they were reported. Nobody was able to come spray while we were there. The deck was so dirty it was unusable. I would have never stayed here for that price had I known it would be so dirty. I did report this all to management who said they would make sure that housekeeping took better care of it in future.
