My family had a wonderful visit to the Boulder Farm Arcade. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. When we were at the house, we spent most of our time on the large front porch, which offers amazing views. The farm is conveniently located close to downtown Boulder and numerous parks and hiking trails. The beds were quite comfy. The kitchen provides the basic needs to prepare simple meals. The stairs to the lower level are rather steep and narrow. My group did not have a problem with it, but I mention it for others who may have mobility issues. The extra throw blankets provided were appreciated for snuggling on the porch with our morning coffee. We loved watching the neighbors' sheep and cows. The host is very responsive, and we were welcomed with a lovely snack tray of local goodies and wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your lovely property!

First time renting so far from home, it was a wonderful experience. We were even accommodating with a playpen and highchair for my grandson. Beautiful place, easy to get around. Thank you. We would definitely stay again when we visit our daughter.

This lovely home is one of the best VRBOs we have enjoyed. It was beautifully appointed, clean, and very cozy. The beds and the sitting areas were quite comfortable, the spacious kitchen had everything we needed, and the house itself was roomy and warm, and we felt right at home. Our adult children enjoyed the arcade games, and us older folks enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the countryside. The hosts were accessible and friendly, and made getting in and out as easy as it could be. We'd love to stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Philip is a top-notch host who provided the perfect space for our adult family. He was very attentive, quickly answered our questions, and was always available but not intrusive. We were ideally situated between Boulder and a nearby wedding venue. The property is spacious, clean, and perfectly met our needs, with great areas for gathering and visiting together. The decor lives up to its clever and playful arcade theme. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed and spacious, and we really appreciated a great iron that we all needed to use as we gussied up! The location is quiet, rural, and safe with beautiful views. Having a variety of farm animals nearby was a delightful addition. Recommend the Niwot Tavern and Winot Coffee nearby.
