The room size , the cleanliness and the breakfast 😋
The sauna was not working, very disappointing after coming from the Oisen’s in Japan .

Everyone spoke English and were willing to teach us Korean. They were super helpful in whatever we asked. They made my daughter feel extra special for her graduation.
Nothing....everything was great. Oh the restaurant should stay open later. We have an 11 hr difference in time from NYC and we ate late becasue we were jetlagged.
