Casa Añó is located in a privileged setting, very close to the center of Begur and just 4 km from some of the most emblematic beaches of the Costa Brava.
The property enjoys stunning open views of Begur Castle, the Montgrí massif, the sea and, on clear days, even the Pyrenees. It is distributed into a main house and an adjoining apartment, offering multiple possibilities for both family use and guests.
In the main house, the upper floor features an entrance hall and a bright living room. On the lower floor there is a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area, along with three double bedrooms, one of them en suite, and a second bathroom with a shower.
The adjoining apartment has a cozy living room with air conditioning that can cool or heat the entire apartment. There are also two bedrooms: a main bedroom and a single room with a large bed. Both offer beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. There is also a small bathroom with a shower and a heater/fan. In short, it is ideal as independent accommodation.
Outside, the property offers a large garden area and a 9 x 3 meter swimming pool, equipped with outdoor furniture, creating a perfect environment to enjoy the Mediterranean climate in complete tranquility. You might also enjoy the roof terrace, which offers fantastic views over the entire surrounding area.
All rooms are equipped with fans.
