Cons -
The stairs are extremely narrow for adults and dangerous. We avoided booking some other properties since they mentioned that their stairs were narrow. This did not specify that and I fell down from the top of the stairs all the way down badly injuring my arm and affecting our vacation. Due to this, some others in our group did not even attempt to go upstairs and just stayed downstairs. If you have elder people in your group, I would stay away (I am middle aged).
