Very nice and clean! Everything you need in the room! Great communication also

My wife, our two adult sons, and I needed a place to stay in New Smyrna Beach for her sister's memorial service and reception and we needed to remain in NSB for a few days while she worked on estate administration matters. With a "last minute" discount offered by the wonderful owner of this condo, the nightly cost was less than a hotel room would have been (especially considering we would have needed two hotel rooms while our sons were in town). The communication with the owner was excellent. She was always prompt replying to any message and every reply was gracious. The very detailed information she provided could stand to be updated in a couple of ways I brought to her attention before we left but it still was the most helpful information we've ever gotten from a VRBO owner. The unit itself is as pictured - spacious and light. We had everything we needed for our stay, including more than enough supplies. If we ever have occasion to return to NSB and need a place to stay, we'll see if this property is available before booking anything else!

Excellent condo located in a lovely spot. Communication was quick and accessing the condo with very easy. I definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice place, fits our needs well - used it for extra bedrooms and bathrooms when staying in town with other coworkers.
