Overall, this place is great. The location is good and having the pool and hot tub is a definite plus. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and simple.

We had an amazing stay! The pictures of the house are very accurate, it’s beautiful and location was perfect. We were able to see Disneyland fireworks from the upstairs deck which the kids loved. There was plenty of room for all of us and the pool was wonderful! We would definitely stay again if we were to come back!

Everything was clean and organized, the host communication was so quick and easy too. I loved the QR codes that walked you through all the necessary property info!

Overall, this place was spacious and served its purpose for my family. The pool and spa were lovely and honestly the highlight of our stay, although we did notice pieces of cooked BBQ chicken left on the concrete from previous guests. The main issue was the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the home. In the primary bathroom, there was peeling paint on the ceiling above the shower, and I also found a black hair stuck to the shower wall, which stood out since our family has light-colored hair. In the other upstairs bathroom, the toilet paper holder was loose, causing the roll to fall off. The beds were also not very comfortable as the sheets felt very itchy. That said, the home is located in a nice neighborhood with convenient access to nearby stores. The appliances were updated and nice, and the DVDs and games available in the home were a thoughtful touch. We stayed here for a Disneyland trip, and it only took about 10 minutes to get to the parking lot, which was a huge plus. One thing to be aware of is that the pool and spa cannot be used between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. due to quiet hours. This can limit their use if you plan to stay at the park until closing.
