What impressed me most was the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff. There was a small misunderstanding regarding my bill, which was actually due to a mistake on my part. The staff handled the situation with great patience, understanding, and kindness, resolving everything in a very professional and friendly manner. I truly appreciated their positive attitude and excellent customer service. A lovely experience overall!

Fantastic Room at the top of the hote. My own outside area and good wifi which was important as I was there for work and very close to the French Institute which does wonderfull good!!
Only take cards over a certain amount but this is understanable due to transation costs but work rembereing that cash is king in Senegal !
