Truly a beachfront condo!!!! Walk out your sliding doors straight to the patio deck and on to the beach! You cannot ask for a better location! We found the unit to be very clean and well equipped with everyday necessities. Communication with Kit was easy and response time was quick! We will definitely rent this unit again!!

Our condo was absolutely beautiful and super easy access to the beach will definitely stay again!

Very nice homie place to stay for the week.

Great place for 2 people. Even though its on the first floor there is not a lot of overhead noise. The walls are fairly thin so we could hear the trash compactor and the construction crew. The only major issues we had were with the property itself- Sunbird is still undergoing construction and they are not very fast about it. Because of this, there is only one gate in and out of the beach unless you use the access door for Pineapple Willy's. The keypad for the beach access was constantly messing up and the staff would put a padlock on it and you'd have to go through the other door mentioned above. Also the washer and dryer situation is in much need of attention- only 2 washers and 2 dryers worked out of the 8. Overall, the condo is nice and very pleasant to stay in. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to messages. We would definitely stay here again once the construction is finished!
