We came to Knoxville for AAU gymnastics nationals and chose this place as our mini vacation home for a few days. This place is amazing! The movie (VHS & DVD) selection was AMAZING! We didn't get to use the outdoor theater due to weather and other plans but the set up up there is amazing! The pool and desk were great and the pool was perfect size for us! Would recommend this property to anyone! The owner is super communicative and fast to respond to questions or concerns!

Host was very up front and very accommodating. Made sure we knew how to use everything that was able to be used. Was pretty clean and had everything that we needed. We were not able to use the pool do to a chemical issues but the host let us know so we wouldn't get a chemical burn.

The property was amazing! The host was very friendly and quick to answer questions. The outdoor pool and theater was so nice and fun. It’s so close to the airport and to downtown Knoxville. The kitchen was very well stocked with items needed to cook. The grill on the patio was so nice.

There were four of us on a motorcycle trip. There was plenty of room to park our truck and trailer. There is a canopy to park your motorcycles under as well. The bedrooms are great and have individual temperature control. The bathrooms are nice and clean with plenty of room. The kitchen and living room area is great for eating and relaxing. The pool area is nice and very well maintained. This is a place you can enjoy relaxing at if you need a break from the busyness of vacation. Great communication from start to end. Highly recommend.
