Our second time here and the hosts and home are always amazing!

The house was in excellent condition. It was clean, comfortable and extremely well appointed with good quality bedding, crockery and furniture. The various outdoor areas meant that there were plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Bins Perla. Perfect for our family, gorgeous beach just minutes away, good supermarket near by as well as pleasant restaurants. The house was perfect for our needs and Ayhan was attentive and helpful in ensuring we received a cot and highchair for our baby visitor. Thank you very much.

Villa was in an excellent location, 25 mins fromAirport but next to a beautiful beach which was clean and had clear shallow water. The walk down to the beach has a few steps so not for the less bodily abled. The walk into Calla Torret is 15 minutes with restaurants and a small supermarket. Very convenient. You can take the little train into Binibecer Vell and back but we had to drive down to Punta Prima to get on as it was full by the time it got to our local stop. Large supermarket called Eroski only a 12 min drive away. The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms but not in communal areas but this was fine. Full stocked kitchen with everything you might need which was great. Coal bbq which was used lots for dinners. Communication with owners was via Vrbo messaging only but the response was very quick so no worries and everything we needed sorting out was done immediately which was appreciated.All in all an excellent stay.
