A beautiful home with stunning views, set in a captivating medieval town filled with stone buildings and scenic trails for adventurous hikers. Our group of eight adults and two very small children fit perfectly in this spacious house. Each day, we set out to explore one or two nearby villages in the Luberon mountain range, then returned to this wonderful home to make dinner, dine on the patio, and watch the sunset with a toast of local wine. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants just down the block, where the service was wonderful throughout. The pool was the perfect place to cool off after touring around the area.Parking for no more than three cars, two in the carport and one in the overflow parking lot is available.

We just can't say enough how perfect this house was for us! Oppede is a darling village. The home is quaint and perfectly appointed. The terrace is perfect for enjoying the views. The photos don't do the home justice. Every piece of art, furniture, books, dishes appear to have been selected and edited over a lifetime. It was just perfect for us - 2 couples in our 50's who met 3 daughters backpacking Europe after college graduation. The home was large enough that we all comfortably had our own private space and we enjoyed all the indoor and outdoor lounge spaces. This was a perfect location to serve as our home base as we travelled around Provence. Absolutely loved the surrounding towns in the Luberon and all the markets. The pool was cool & refreshing on the hottest of days. We are from Texas (where summers are spent in full blown AC) and nervous about no AC, but we were perfectly comfortable. Fresh air and breezes were plentiful. Les Petite Cafe de Jeanne in town was darling and delicious. Exploring the castle ruins uphill was an adventure. The management company was helpful, and overall this was a very easy stay. We picked up cars in Nice, and we were able to park both easily at the home. We couldn't say enough good things about this home and ALL would LOVE to come back :-)

Plenty of space as advertised. Very centrally located w/ many beautiful villages.The pool with a lifesaver in the heat wave. The views are spectacular. many high-quality wineries within 30-60 minutes. Good grocery and markets nearby. We even found a place to kayak that was gorgeous. The only downside was intermittent internet access. Would definitely go back!

The property was wonderful - our second time staying there. The outdoors was ideal for us with multiple sitting areas, including an area with great views of the castle and also the valley and sunset every evening. It had everything we needed. We'll be back.
