Clean, facilities, secure location

Water leak from upstairs bathroom.(I do understand we were just unlucky that this happened whilst we stayed), but evidence of previous leaks, shame that all the upstairs bedrooms do not have air-conditioning

Spacious. Quiet around the area.

Clean, and landforms very clear explain and quickly reply!

Need update kitchen things wine cup, other…

Villa was OK clean etc and the owner left the wine which was nice. Rooms and outside area was good

The owner left no instructions as to how to enter the property we waited 30 min until he replied on what's up. He was on the plane! So we could have missed him and would have had to get different location. Although they left wine there was no water left for us to drink. It would be better to leave some water than wine. As you cannot drink tap water there. Also we could not accès the property once we were out because the door would not open. You have to use the automatic gate remote for the automatic door opening. This was not mentioned to us and we left it for the gate in the villa. We had to jump over the fence to get in and grab the remote. Location is not good thee is nothing around. The nearest playa Blanca is not something we enjoyed. Full of British pensioners on holiday if that's what you like fine. But we looked for more fun areas.
