Our family had the best week here! Easy beach access, super private, wonderful views and close to everything. The beach was almost empty with surf and shallow water for the little ones to play in. The pool was clean and perfect for cooling off. Kids loved making s’mores in the fire pit!Kitchen had two coffee makers, and the second floor deck had tons of seating and a huge table for eating and family games. Master bedroom had a large attached bathroom with a shower and large tub on the main floor (2nd floor). There was another bedroom and a 1/2 bath on the main floor. A full bath was on the ground floor with a third bedroom opening on the front ground floor patio and a child’s bedroom with two bunkbeds on the ground floor as well.Plenty of towels, lots of beach toys and a beach wagon. Washer, dryer, and an ironing board and iron made keeping up with everyone’s clothes convenient. A/C works great!Nobody wanted to leave

Nice pool. Roomy house. Everything was as described. Close to the beach. For those with small children, you do have to cross State Road A1A to get to the beach, which can be very busy at times(50 mph zone). There is a 3rd story balcony that gives a nice view of the area/ocean. Would stay here again.

This house is amazing!! Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults, 2 couples and 2 singles. The house was stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen to the linens. We used the grill and the pool was fantastic!! The beach is directly across the street and super easy to get to. The house is very private with plenty of vegetation surrounding the property. We used the fire pit every night and just really enjoyed the perfect weather and perfect location. Katelyn was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. She responded right away. Thank you so much. We will definitely be returning,

Positives: near the beach with easy access across the street. Close to town of St. Augustine, Publix Supermarket nearby. Kitchen supplies are adequate.Beach supplies for kids is excellent. Pool is sparkling clean.Needs attention: Very dangerous pulling out of the driveway onto fast busy road. Bushes need to be trimmed back for visibility. The sharp peeling shards of rust on the spiral staircase and door locks can be injurious. It's a blend of classy marble tiles and state of the art bathrooms, and entropy in regards to outside furniture and some property maintenance.
