Stayed for basketball State Finals. Great location. Easy check in. Place was clean with everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely consider for future events.

This is the second year we have stayed in the same unit for the women's Big Ten tournament. The location was the reason for choosing this residence in the first place and it is just a perfect, short walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The cleanliness of the place and easy access is the reason why we returned for the second year.

This was a comfortable stay while the three of us were in Indianapolis to be near a close family member in the hospital. Since we were in town under difficult circumstances, we especially appreciated the easy check-in, comfy beds, good WiFi for work, and free parking. We wound up having to extend our stay an extra night and arranging that was easy. We did experience a problem with hot water one day, but the hosts responded quickly and the problem was fixed promptly. We cooked a couple of nights and would have appreciated a few more kitchen items such as a cutting board. But that’s more a suggestion than a complaint. We would stay here again.

Great spot, close to Gainbridge! Nice parking garage. Felt safe and comfortable.
