Very clean and private. Everything was close and parking was no headache! Had security at night which was a plus

The room didnt have any cold water. We all were sun burned and needed a COLD shower and for some reason the shower didnt have any cold water. Huge bummer. The hot tub was not working neither....... The room was smaller in square ft compared to other places. The guest staying next door bought their room for half the price we did was a big bummer as well.......

The property location is very central to several amenities and a wonderful location to the beach. We enjoyed the view of the ocean. We liked that we had access to a private parking garage. It made parking easy and not stressful. With a simple text we received more towels, as well as dishwasher detergent and such. We appreciated the key code entrances, but found someone could walk through the gates of the outside pool and walk in through the inside pool house to come inside. That was unsettling. We liked the quick check-in and door code sent to us, just wish it was a bit simpler to remember (we never remembered it and always had to have our phones).

I’m not sure if it was the location or what, but we smelled marijuana every single day, multiple times a day. We almost couldn’t escape it. We also know this is a non-smoking property, even on the balconies, but our neighbor in room 703 smoked each morning and some throughout the day on the balcony. They were very quiet and polite, but we didn’t feel we could enjoy the balcony much with it happening or leave our door open to hear the waves. I was sent a “how’s your stay so far” e-mail early in our stay and did mention our bathtub drain stopper not working, one of the bathroom sinks leaking, and the patio door not locking. The response was prompt and someone came the next morning. I also asked for more towels, which came, as well as a table for the patio, which was nice, but the tub drain stopper still didn’t work. I think the drain was fixed. The patio door we found there’s a trick to locking it. But that evening, we used the dishwasher for the first time and found it wasn’t bolted in so when the drawer was pulled out the entire thing fell forward spilling the dishes to the floor. Thankfully nothing broke, but we had to pay close attention from that point on.
