Wonderful place to stay on the lake. Everything was clean, well equipped, and thoughtfully set up. The host was very welcoming and went out of their way to offer advice and recommendations that made our stay even better.

This was our second year in a row staying at Daniels Retreat with our family. They have something for everyone! We highly recommend Daniels Retreat for your family get away!

Place is so so. We’ve found better for the price. There is NO swimming from the property itself. You would have to pay for a boat rental and boat to small swimming area. Hard to fish from pier-lots of weeds and lily pads. Home is smaller than it looks in pictures. WiFi is TERRIBLE. Only worked a little better if one device was connected at a time. Don’t plan to zoom or work from here. It would be nice to have more stuff for kids to do here, like a swing set or yard or beach toys or something.
