My wife and I just took our daughter on our first family vacation and stayed here! Absolutely loved the stay. The place was very clean, check in/out was very easy, and the personalized welcome sign was a great touch! We really enjoyed staying here and hope to rebook next time we visit family in New Bern.

As always, the stay at Patriots Point was pleasant. Rose is an excellent communicator and helps throughout the process, from pre-reservation (answering questions) through the stay and the checkout process. I would highly recommend this condo and their other properties.

We can not say enough about our stay at 120 Kobe. The home was immaculate, warm & welcoming. Every detail was of this home was beyond our expectations. You can see the pride the Parks put into the details of making our stay unforgettable. Thank You for all you have done not only on this rental home but also your service to our country on this Memorial Day.Be Well. George
