This is the real deal!!! If you want location, location, location; a very clean stay, and great communication from the host, this is your place. First the location, 10 min walk to Duval (3 min bike ride), 15 min walk to the beach (5 min bike ride), 5 min walk to the newest happening area of Key West, White Street, with restaurants (try Sandy's for the best Cuban Sandwich, White Street Pizzeria for the best pizza) and groceries at Fausto's. The House. You will not need anything for your one month or longer stay here. It's like stepping into your own house. New hurricane windows (so very quiet), great pool with great ocean breeze going thru the backyard, beautiful tropical landscaping and a new washer and dryer. The beds were so comfortable with really high quality sheets. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need and even has the cutest retro Smeg small appliances! The host is very nice and friendly, very quick on responding to any problems or questions. Out of 5 stars, I would give this place 10!

Our stay couldn’t have been better except perhaps for the short-term rehab project next door. Brenda welcomed us shortly after we arrived and was readily available to answer questions. We were so comfortable and “at home”.

Brenda was a very good host, responsive and accommodating. The house is lovely with beautiful furniture and furnishings. The kitchen is very well equipped. It was disappointing that the pool heater was not working. An important thing to know is there is no cable TV. The host provides a guest subscription for Netflix, which is very nice. But if you want to watch anything else, bring your Roku stick or all of your streaming credentials. There is no live TV. The house is in a good location if you ride bikes or have a golf cart. If you're walking, you may find most things a bit far, especially if it's hot out.

Great location, beautiful home. When we arrived I noticed there was no coffee maker (having brought 2lbs of Starbucks) contacted Brenda and she ordered one. We used the bikes every day, being conveniently located near Higgs Beach. Used the pool 3 times, would have enjoyed the beautiful pool more had it been heated. There was construction next door near the deck, Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm. We would come back, Brenda was a great host.
