The sunbeds were hard and needed cushions for the apartment to use.
The apartment furnishings were a little tired - curtains too long, no cushions. No English TV apart from news channels

Had to insist on someone meeting us there as it was dark and we were unfamiliar with the property, but the rental agent did arrive to check us in with the keys after telling us to collect them from a drop box in a text.
The apartment was a duplex which we knew about when booking but didn't figure it would be so unsuitable to access the first floor, using a stone spiral staircase with no handrail. Suitable for younger people but not suitable for older people like me with mobility issues. Booking.com need to advise this in the property description! No Handrail up the steps to the building entrance either. Also, there was an ant infestation at the TV stand surface which needed daily sanitisation.
