The sleeper sofas need new mattresses. Very saggy with a bar in your back all night. Upstairs queen also needs to be replaced. For 3 couples it works well, but the people on the sofas were not comfortable. There is a lot of traffic noise, which didn’t bother us, but if you’re sensitive to that you should bring earplugs. Also, if you’re there on a very windy day/night, make sure the trash cans are not near your car. One blew over on a car in the driveway and scratched/dented it. The place could use a good cleaning especially under the sofas which we noticed when they were pulled out for the night. A little freshening up would make this a great place!
