Room was clean and beach view is great! Host easy to communicate with and I would recommend this for families as well!

We visit South Padre annually in the fall and the Inverness is a favorite spot to stay. Being right on the beach, especially when there are few other visitors is a real joy. This is our second time to rent this unit for a week. It has all we need - nice kitchen, nice outdoor patio dining table, and good showers. Super easy to rent, check in and check out.

The location of this property was amazing. A beautiful beach front. The unit itself was a little rundown. Needs so tender loving care and new furniture.
