Location is great. (9/10)Property is out-dated and rundown. (4.5/10)Property manager/s are excellent and fast in responding. Mattress is soft and wooden beds are squeaky. (cannot sleep well) (3/10)Can hear giant foot steps at day and night from the upstairs neighbour. (2/10)Towels are not that clean and not soft. (4/10)A/C control system is out-dated.Great they have cookwares and utentils provided.Washer and Dryer are not good for washing/drying. (Capacity is too small and sensors are too sensitive).View is (7/10).
