Breakfast, incredibly helpful staff.

Two single beds pushed together and made up as two singles is not the same as a double.

The property was excellent. The owners and staff were truly exceptional. The grounds and pool area were extremely well maintained. When you’re at the hotel the rooms and amenities are wonderful. The morning breakfasts are fresh, hot and well prepared. It was a bit too cool and windy to use the pool while we were there. The staff at the hotel always went above and beyond to any request you have. Even had great laundry service. Their homemade pizza was amazing.

The only issue was that the property is located up on a hillside. It’s an easy walk down to the harbor and restaurants however, there are a number of steps up the hill and then a steep incline straight up walk along the road up to the property. The slow walk up takes about 15 to 29 minutes. But it’s worth it. There are taxis available but on a limited basis. There are only 10 taxis serving the entire island and you can pre book.

The people were lovely and friendly, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was cosy and comfortable with a lovely view, and the breakfast was really nice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hostel to everyone!
