This was exactly what we were hoping for - somewhere in the heart of Old Town Annecy, with lots of room for our family. The apartment was in excellent condition and thankfully well stocked with fans to help deal with the heat.

We had a great stay in Annecy! The apartment is so well located, and was a great base to explore the old town, eat at the many nearby restaurants, get groceries (Monoprix is one block away), and spend time in the lake / get a ferry. The apartment itself is well-equipped and it was nicely laid out. The only downside was that we were there during a particularly brutal heat-wave (between 90-95 degrees) and there is no A/C. The upstairs loft in particular (where the 2 upstairs bedrooms are located) was probably even 5-10 degrees warming than the rest of the apartment, which was pretty hot itself. Obviously this wasn’t the fault of the apartment, but something to consider if one is staying in the summertime. This was our only real complaint - otherwise everything was lovely and we would stay again.

Great location, great comunication. ther are no aircondicion so its a littel bit warm on the hotest days.

We loved our stay. Lots of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Great communication from the hosts and a very well kept home with everything we needed for our stay. Ideal location. Recommended.
